How to change the screen settings without useing the bottons ?? ( desktop )?

is there any way i can change my screen settings ( width , hight , brightness ... etc ) without useing the screen bottons ??? .... the bottons dont work now and the width and high are too small , soo annoying ;((( .... plzzzzz help , thx a lot :)
