On the menu, there should be something that says %26quot;Reset to Factory Default%26quot; or something similar. Select that and it will return it back to a square.
Or if it's LCD, just hit the AUTO button and it will fix it for you.

How do I fix stretched monitor screen?
You know how the monitor has buttons so u can fix how the screen looks? Well I accidently messed up the screen when trying to change the brightness, now its like in a bubble shape. I tried to fix it but when i push the arrows the shape just changes, it doesn't go back to just a square.How do I fix stretched monitor screen?
