MY IPOD IS BROKEN,BUT MIGHT BE FIXED. PLZ HELP. IF I CANT FIX IT I DONT GET ANOTHER ONE????!!!!?

OK.the screen is staying black. so you can only barely see the screen. I can see it slightly, but most of the time you cant. And you probably all well no that if you cant see anything its not much use.

PLZ HELP. OF U HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS OF HOW TO FIX IT. THANX







ps. i have tried to change the brightness settings. but its not that.

pps. its an iPod nano 3rd generation 4gb

Have you tried resetting your iPod? Move the hold switch to HOLD then back off again, then press and hold the menu and centre buttons together until the Apple logo appears. Your iPod should power itself back on after a short while, but if not power it up yourself and it should be OK then.MY IPOD IS BROKEN,BUT MIGHT BE FIXED. PLZ HELP. Sozzy but is broken it aint going to work. It happened to me and I got another one. Sozzy! :(
