You'll have to replace the micro and eeprom to fix that. You can try to remove power to it for 5 minutes and see if you get lucky tho'
If not, you might as well buy a new TV set.

HELP: how do i restore my symphonic tv/vcr ,model.sc313a, to factory defaults?
trying to change my brightness i somehow changed the color of the font to black. the menu screen is black background now with black font. I CAN NOT SEE MY MENU SCREEN. how do i restore to factory settings using the menu screen . is there a way outside of the tv to reutrn to factory settings? inside the tv maybe?HELP: how do i restore my symphonic tv/vcr ,model.sc313a, to factory defaults?
