ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX MY IPHONE PROBLEM??? PLEASE HELP?

ok i was messen with my iphone settings i turned on where the lady says everything that goes on on the phone, also put pass code on it and changed the brightness to auto and for some reason the whole screen is black but its still on she wont shut up and if i restart the phone the screen comes on normally and the pass code screen comes up for like two seconds and goes black but you can still dial numbers but i cant figure it out neither can cingular said i need to take to appleANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX MY IPHONE PROBLEM??? PLEASE HELP?
first things first. you need to figure out your password. you can't restore the phone unless you know the password. so get that first then just restore the phone. then all your settings will be back to normal.
